Mr. Sanjay Kulatunga is the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of LYNEAR Wealth Management, a boutique investment firm established in 2013, where he plays a pivotal role in delivering strategic investment solutions. Mr. Kulatunga was also a Founder Director of Amba Research Lanka, a pioneering knowledge process outsourcing company that provided high-quality investment research and analytics services to global capital markets.

In addition to his corporate leadership, Mr. Kulatunga has served on several key institutions, including the Financial Sector Stability Consultative Committee of the Central Bank of Sri Lanka, the Board of Investment (BOI) of Sri Lanka, and the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) of Sri Lanka.

In 2024, he was appointed as a Member of the Colombo Port City Economic Commission. He currently serves on the Board of WindForce PLC, the largest renewable energy developer in Sri Lanka listed on the Colombo Bourse. He is also a Trustee of the Geoffrey Bawa and Lunuganga Trust. Mr. Kulatunga also serves as the Honorary Consul General for Sweden in Sri Lanka.
